Vendor Showcase: Our Visit to the MSI Showroom & What’s Coming to Capital Stone

Recently, The Capital Stone Albany and Saratoga teams visited the state-of-the-art MSI showroom and warehouses in Edison, NJ, to explore their newest quartz lines and sink offerings. Our goal was to strengthen our partnership and expand slab offerings for our Schenectady and Saratoga showrooms.

Show-Stopping Material

Our tour began in the quartz and natural stone warehouse. MSI’s USA-made Lumalux quartz line caught our attention with its realistic marble looks, depth, dramatic veining, and bold colors.

We selected the new Calacatta Aravine quartz as an upgraded stocked option. Featuring dramatic warm calacatta veining on a creamy white background, it offers a distinctive layered look for any premium countertop and can be backlit—a feature typically reserved for select natural stones.

In addition to quartz, MSI carries natural stones including Granite, Quartzite, Marble, and Soapstone. We hand-picked several slab selections to showcase in our Saratoga Springs showroom. To keep our display fresh and save customers a trip to the warehouse, these natural stone offerings will rotate every 90 days.

New Sink Selections

Capital Stone kitchen and vanity packages include standard MSI stainless steel and porcelain sinks at no additional cost. For clients seeking an upgrade, we now offer 16-gauge stainless steel options for a small upgrade fee. Options include single bowl, double bowl, and a Workstation Single Bowl complete with integrated accessories such as a cutting board, colander, dish rack, and sink grid.

Visiting MSI

The MSI showroom is open to the public. Visiting allows you to view full stone slabs in person and browse samples with guidance from experienced stone experts. If you prefer to stay local, our sales teams in Albany and Saratoga are ready to assist you in viewing our in-stock inventory or exploring MSI’s broader catalog to find your ideal countertop.
